Call to Order:  Sophia Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:10

Roll Call :  Present – Sophia Meyer, Kurt Miller, Dan Vielhauer, Sandi Bownas, Rene van der Meer, Thomas Breiter

Guests: Will Grenz from the Elks to discuss a possible collaboration on an Elks Soccer Shootout, Kelli Huffman, a possible volunteer for Secretary

Correspondence:  Will discussed the proposal for the Shoot Out.  The board will discuss further and make a decision.

 

Committee Reports:

Metro – Tryout dates set.

Coaching: Rene met with Steve Langley and is good to go.  He asked to move the board meetings to every 3rd Thursday.  This worked for everyone.

Kelli is still interested in being secretary.  Everyone approved!
