Call to Order:  Sophia Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:00

Roll Call :  Present – Sophia Meyer, Kurt Miller, Dan Vielhauer, Steve Schaffer, Rene van der Meer, Jim Oebker, Chuck Hemmert, Thomas Breiter

Acceptance of Minutes:  Steve moved to accept, Dan 2^nd. Approved.

Correspondence: Lesley Nemeth resigned due to family issues. Dan moved to accept resignation. Steve 2^nd Approved. Sophia will ask for a volunteer for a Secretary/Volunteer coordinator in the newsletter.

Committee Reports:

Registration – We’ll move registration up this year. The dates will be May 5/12/19 and then a Tuesday night & Thursday night.

Uniforms: The rights for the MLS uniforms were sold to Adidas, who isn’t doing a youth uniform. However, reversibles are again available. Dan moved that we go with a Blue/White uniform, since this is less likely to become discontinued again. Chuck 2^nd Approved. Sophia will notify Samba & Xara. This year, if a large portion of the team is returning and they are able to get last year’s uniform, we’ll allow them to do that.

Storage: Steve moved that we rent a 5x7 storage room to store some of our field equipment. Rene 2^nd. Approved.
