GCYSL Minutes
June 8, 2006

Call to Order:  Sophia called the meeting to order at 6:15.

Roll Call:  Steve Langley, Dan Vielhauer, Jim Oebker, Thomas Breiter,
Lesley Nemeth, Sophia Meyer


Treasure:  Dan V moved that we let our new treasurer sign for anything
under $2500.  Transfers from the money market should stay with the
president.  Jim 2nd.  Approved.

District Meeting:  Major discussion was on Megan's law.  We have the url
of a website.  We'll check all of our coaches against the website.
Fingerprinting is expensive unless we can get all coaches together at
once.  We can't even get them to show up for the coach's meeting to get
their team packets.  At this point in time, we'll hold off on
fingerprinting. 

Metro:  Waiting for team registration packets.  Ore Cart - We're going
to cancel U12B.  We'll have 8 U14B, 12 U14G, 8 U12G, 12 U16G & 8 U19G
teams

Coaching:  F clinic tomorrow night.  Its almost full.

Referee:  1st class is next week.  35 people have inquired via email.
