Soccerfest applications get them out to coaches!
July 26th will be the referee coordinator meeting. A district pay scale is being put together. Due to some abuses, CYSAN has put some restrictions on Level 9 referee use. Districts are reevaluating the restrictions as many leagues rely on Level 9s.
Rules of the game- Mandatory red card for dangerous slide tackles from any direction.
Restarts just need to be a kicking motion. PKs- if an offensive player infringes on the box, an automatic indirect kick will be awarded to the defending team. Offsides- see email notes. There have been district level coaching communication problems which didn’t affect us much because we have our own instructor.
