Call to Order:  Dan K. called the meeting to order at 6:10

Roll Call :  Present – Dan Kumetat, Sophia Meyer, Dan Vielhauer, Steve Langley, Hosea Bostic, Cathy Ivazes, Jeff Moore

Acceptance of Minutes:  Secretary was delinquent and there were no minutes.

Committee Reports:

Treasurer: Monthly report.  Hosea needs bills:  Nevada County Farm Supply bill from Sierra College work.  Jeff to ask for invoice because we don’t have it.  Gilmore charged some of their Farm Supply bill to Gold Country.  We need to straighten out which bill is which.  Bear River & Silver Springs field use bill from last year, as well as the field improvement to Bear River.

Hosea also asked that we put dates on similar bills, i.e. July F clinic.

Metro:  Have ok to use Silver Springs.  One goal is broken.  Dan V to get bid to fix.  Chain them to keep them from getting broken? Soccer Fest will be $15 this year.

Registration:  We’ve had 750 registrants so far.  This is good for this early in the process.

Referee:  The 2 clinics are scheduled.  Bob Brits will  do them.  Dan K needs to know if any of our Club coaches need to attend.

Coaching:  15 new coaches so far.  The June F clinic is full.  We’ll be doing a 2nd.

Fields:  Gilmore looks ok for July.  Aug practice will be a problem.  For 2 weeks we will have a conflict with Junior Miners.  Ready Springs will be the U16 Metro field and Bear River will be the U14 Metro field.

Uniforms: We’ve signed a contact with Samba for Metro & U6 uniforms.  The rec. uniforms are in process.

Girls Program: Auburn doesn’t have U16 rec., only mini Metro.  Tammy Thomas is the Girls coordinator.  .

New Business:  Steve L moved that we buy Board Member shirts, to identify ourselves as we wander the fields during the season.  Dan V 2nd.  Approved with the caveat that the total cost does not exceed $200.

Meeting adjourned.
