Call to Order:  Dan K. called the meeting to order at 6:45

Roll Call :  Present – Dan Kumetat, Sophia Meyer, Jeff Moore, Dan Vielhauer, Steve Schaffer, Steve Langley, Hosea Bostic, Cathy Ivazes

Acceptance of Minutes:  Steve S moved to accept, Jeff 2nd.  Approved. 

Correspondence:  Web hits

Committee Reports:

Treasurer: Monthly report.  The printer is broken.  Sophia moved to buy a new printer, Jeff 2nd.  Approved.  We also need a new deposit stamp and a new registrar stamp.  We’ll get those from Copy Right.

Fields: Gilmore is going to do the work on their field over spring break.  Action: We have to get the schedule for Sierra College use in ASAP.

District Meeting:  2 9 year-olds can now play on U12 Metro teams.

Class I:  Tryouts this weekend. 

Metro:  29 people showed up for the Sierra College work day.

Referee:   Same budget as last year.  The classes will be in June & August.  The refresher will be in August.

Coaching:  Applications sent off for coaching clinics. 

Pictures:  Same contract as last year.  The schedule is Sept 11 for pictures & the 17th for makeups.

Uniforms: Action:  We have to decide on new uniforms at the next board meeting.

Girls Program:  Sounds like approximately the same number of teams as last year.

Unfinished Business:  Sophia moved to approve the metro policy.  Steve L. 2nd .  Approved.

Good of the Game:  The El Dorado Crew (with one of our local players) is the State Cup Champ.
