Call to Order:  Dan called the meeting to order at 6:10.

Roll Call:  Dan Vielhauer, Dan Kumetat, Sophia Meyer, Karen Mikan, Steve Langley, Jeff Moore, Hosea Bostic

Introduction of Guests:  Steve Schaffer, Cathy Ivazes

Minutes:  Steve L. moved to approve the minutes.  Karen 2^nd.  Approved.

Election of New Officers:  Dan V. moved to appoint Steve Schaffer and Cathy Ivazes to the two unfilled board positions.  Steve L. 2nd.  Approved.

Dan K. nominated Dan V. for Vice President, Hosea for Treasurer, Sophia Meyer for Secretary, Karen Mikan for Registrar, Christine Lawicki for Referee Coordinator, Steve Langley for Coaching Coordinator and Steve Schaffer for Fields Coordinator.  Approved.  Jeff Moore will handle banners for advertisement this year, and Cathy Ivazes will handle pictures. Other duties will be assigned later.

Correspondence:  Job descriptions handed out.

Registration Timeline & Policies:  Registration will be early this year to try to get a jump on putting teams together.  The dates are May 10,17,24 & 31 from 9-1 at the GCYSL parking lot.  Regisration cost will remain $65 for early registration and $75 after May 31.  Office hours will be Tu, Th from 3:30-6:30 and Sat 9-12 from June 1 to June 28.  After June 28, registration will be on a space available basis only.  The season will run from Aug 23 to Nov 8.  The pictures will be Sept 6. 

Sophia requested a change to the refund policy:  A complete refund will be given if requested before June 28.  From June 28 to Aug 23, a refund minus a $20 processing fee will be given.  There will be no refunds after Aug 23.  Steve L. 2nd.  Approved.

Sophia will send out a newsletter to all registered players with general GCYSL news.  This will go out mid-February and will be approved at the next meeting.

MLS camps: We'll have MLS training camps again this year.  The dates ar July 14-18 and 21-25.

Next Meeting:  Estimated budgets for everyone.  This year we'll need a written estimate for all expenditures approved by Dan K., before authorizing.

AGM:  The CYSA-N AGM will be held in Sacramento on Feb 2 & 3.  District VI has asked all leagues for a donation to support the Friday night gathering.  Sophia moved to donate $500.  Steve S. 2nd.  Approved
