Call to Order:  Dan called the meeting to order at 6:30.

Roll Call:  Dan Vielhauer, Dan Kumetat, Sophia Meyer, Karen Mikan, Steve Langley, Guy Fleming, Christine Lawicki

Introduction of Guests:  None

Minutes:  Christine moved to approve the minutes.  Karen 2^nd.  Approved. Steve moved to accept the minutes of the closed session.  Karen 2nd.  Approved. 

Treasurer’s Report:  Monthly Finance report.  Refund checks have been sent out.  There are some bad checks that Dan K. is dealing with. 

Committee Reports:

Metro:  Last game is this weekend.  District Cup is next weekend.  We will do a tournament here next summer.

Coaching:  Need to stress next year that coaches need to read their email.  Sophia or Steve will send out a reminder about the AGM.  Steve will set up the equipment turn-in dates.  Christine asked Steve to email the U14 coaches, and have them let their players know about referee clinics for next year. We need older refs. 

Fields:  The fields held up well to the rain. 

Good of the Game:  US Women won the Gold Cup and are qualified for next year's world cup.
