Call to Order: Dan V called the meeting to order at 6:20.

Acceptance of Minutes: Christine moved to accept the minutes. Karen seconded. Approved.

Correspondence: Web Hits: 233 to GCU for June, 325 to GCYSL & 39 to clinics.

Treasurer’s Report: Registration income to date.

Committee Reports:

Metro: We need to start doing a tournament in Gold Country, as our teams don't get accepted to other tournaments otherwise.

Coaching:  85% of the coaching list from last year is verified.  The upcoming F clinic is full.

Referee: Christine is compiling all lists and is almost complete.  There are 30 returning referees confirmed.  There are already 8-10 new refereees signed up for the clinic in July.  We need to tell the coaches about NCSRA at the coaches meeting.  They can use the NCSRA meetings as a resource to bring up referee problems.  We need to have a field marshall at all fields, including the U6 fields.

Registration: The forms are almost all sorted into age groups, coaches, and requests.

Fields: Last year's Bear River permits are done.  This year's need to be done.  Dan V. will do this. We need to pay for Deer Creek, 7-Hills, Sierra College and Silver Springs now.  The big goals need to be taken down at Gilmore.
